When you request the Owner-Dependency Audit

— First name, last name, work email, phone number, company name, company website, country, time zone, your role, business type, number of trucks, number of office and management staff, approximate annual revenue range, how long the company has operated, and your written answers about your operation, the problems that keep returning, what you have already tried, the result you want, the support you are considering and your preferred timing. You may also tell us how you heard about us and flag anything sensitive before the call.
